I just read an article online about how blue eyed people are all linked to a mutation 6,000 to 10,000 years ago. They used Reese Witherspoon as an example of a person with blue eyes. So according to them I am related to Reese. Hmm.........Maybe she can buy us a house. hehe :)

While watching American Idol we saw a commercial for a new show called "My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad". Its a show where dads compete against each other while there kids cheer them on....... Anyone else want the strike to be over!

I heard a rumor that the New Kids on the Block were making a comeback. Don't know if they can top songs like Hangin' Tough, Didn't I Blow your Mind this Time and the Right Stuff but I sure hope so. Guess I better bring out my nkotb backpack! I will always give my sister crap because she believed she was going to marry Joey. :) Love you Heather!

What movie makes you feel silly because it can make you cry like a baby?

Matt just finished 2 days of training and yesterday they started calling some potential customers. His boss gave him and fellow trainee a really hard area to call on so they would get used to it and so they wouldn't think it was really easy on their first day. About 2 hours into it Matt made his first sale! He said everyone was upset (not really) because it is really rare to get a sale on the first day. :) Keep up the good work honey! Your awesome!

After only 3 weeks of being without a job Matt received an offer for a new job on Thursday.  He will be starting on Monday as a Sales Rep for a company called Net Biz.  Basically they sell online advertising.  Matt can explain more to anyone who asks, I will attach his email.  We feel very fortunate not to have been without a job for too long.  Thanks to everyone that was praying for us.  We are truly blessed!  But I will miss the laundry, dishes and dinners all done when I get home.  

Matt is the only person I know that actually enjoys working out. We were at the gym last night and we were both on the treadmills and when were done he looked like he was going to pass out.

Elizabeth: "Are you okay"
Matt: "That was awesome"
Elizabeth: ....... (not understanding how a run could be awesome)
Matt: "It was the hardest run I have done and it was so awesome"
5 minutes later on our way home in silence
Matt: "That was so awesome"

(Thats my husband, you gotta love him!)

Did you guys see that creepy stalker guy on American Idol last night. Incredible and I don't mean that in a good way.  

Matt and I were at the gym this morning and we were over by the windows. Outside the window is an embankment and then the highway. A car was pulled over and women was hanging out puking. Not the type of thing you want to see when your working out.

This post is finally something you will enjoy and hopefully others will jump on your bandwagon.

So I discovered last night that I am much better at Wii golf than real golf.

Score at Wii Golf: -1
Score at real golf if I were to play on that course: +50

and that was just 3 holes. :)

Matt has a couple of interviews tomorrow which require wearing a tie.  His zipper tie doesn't go with the shirt he picked out so we bought a new one.  I learned how to tie a tie years ago for my job at the Olive Garden.  I was a bit rusty so I went online to see if I could get some instructions and see if I was doing it right.  I just tied the most perfect tie that I learned from some guy on YouTube.  The internet is so great.  

Okay so we recorded American Gladiators and we just got done watching it. For one thing 2 hours is a very long time in AG world but it was well worth it. We agreed that Tao was our favorite gladiator. He did a little tribal dance before the Pyramid. You know its a good episode when 3 people including a gladiator are hurt. But my favorite moment from the night is when Matt said this.
